I like this chair. My only quibble is that when in the tilt position the gap between arms and back is doubled. Also caution must be used to prevent falling from leaning too far backward.

Overall it's a good chair. The only complaint I have is that the armrests don't swivel/rotate from the elbow area. I didn't make an effort to look into that before making the purchase. I'm not sure if that info is in the description.

Picked up the last stock item at Staple retail store. Being the last item box was not in great shape fortunately all the parts are in there. The chair is great I highly recommend this Hyken technical mesh chair. Cheers!

Chair was relatively easy to assemble but took me nearly an hour. It is comfortable and has very good lumbar support. Other adjustments seem good as well.

Pretty Good - Im 5'4

I paid around $170 for the black chair with shipping and its pretty awesome. I am having issues with the headrest but Ill figure it out. You CAN Adjust the headrest vertically if you push up or down on the headrest super hard if you stand at the back of the chair and do it. I recommend this!!! I am currently using the shortest option because I am 5'4 The seat feels great and I like all the adjustments you can make. The chair is definitely made for someone 5'1-5'7. Do not get this if you are tall!!

An excellent chair at a very reasonable price. My wife has been using it for more than a week now and it has relieved the problems she was having sitting at her desk for hours at a time.
