Well made clear simple assembly instructions

Took about 30-40 minutes to easily get put together. Made in Vietnam and very nicely so. I'm not used to having a headrest didn't like it and just removed it. Good range of adjustments. Well worth the price.

Comfy chair!!

I bought this chair for my home office. I am currently working 10 hour shifts leashed to my desk by a headset wire. Always have had intermittent back issues so I needed a good chair. This chair is amazing!!! I didn't put the headrest part on... Just a little overkill for me. Most comfortable chair ever!! This hits my back just right and at the end of a very very very long day I feel great!! My friend got one too after I recommended this and loves hers too :)

The actual seat is very comfortable and I really like it. The back is not quite tall enough and the headrest is AWFUL. Like so bad. So hard to get installed right (the angle is like woah so awkward) and it barely moves and pushes your neck forward. Love everything except the head rest and wish the back was about 3 inches taller.

This is a great multi use chair. Its a great deal for the price with all the different configurations it can be used in. It can be used as a basic chair seat back and bottom only. You can add the arm rests if you like and or the head rest. Make the chair for what suits your needs. I currently use it with the arm rests removed. Also it reclines which is a great feature it also has and you can lock it in a reclined position if you want to. It has the features of a high end top of the line chair but at a fraction of the cost. As long as the mesh does not sag it will be a great chair. Very comfortable so far!!!!

Terrible Chair

First the headrest did not fit. Pushed my head forward and was very uncomfortable. The there was a form cushion that fell off. Next the chair continues to sink to the floor. I have only had it for four months. I am a senior and it is very hard on my knees because I have to continually be fining the height. I sink to the floor almost below the height of the desk. Now I am dealing with the warranty. Sent the wrong size part. There is NO sticker on the chair explaining model number. This whole thing has been a mess.
