The assembly was much more difficult than it should have been because the allen screws provided had very shallow heads and the wrench would have worked better if it had had a T-handle. The chair itself is very nice comfortable and sturdy.

The build of the chair is really good. Strong materials strong joins sturdy. The mesh seat and back and headrest really work to make a comfy sit.

I switched from a $400 chair to this and I’m really happy that I made the right choice as this chair is extremely comfortable and very well built . $170 I spent on this chair is worth every single penny ! . No question this chair that a 5 star reputation online.

Don't judge a book by its cover

The use and flexibility of the chair has been sufficient for my office use. However the neckrest is not adjustable and I am petite making the headrest at an uncomfortable angle. I simply had it removed but would have preferred having a neck rest that could have given relieve to my neck. HOwever I spend most of my time in an upright position making a neckrest unnecessary in most circumstances in my daily activity. On the occasional oppportunities I would have preferred to have it adjustable to four inches lower. My main reason for picking this chair is the fit to my patite body size.

The chair was assembled by the talented young man at Staples - he then placed it in my car for me:-) It is comfortable light and rolls easily - perfect for my needs.
