Terrible

Put this chair together less than 24 hours ago and have already requested a return. The lumbar support is terrible for someone who is 5'2". It has limited adjustability and sits in the wrong spot. The arm rests also have limited adjustability and can definitely go lower for someone my height.

Chair is very sturdy cool to sit in. When we received our chair we found the headrest broken and Staples replaced the broken piece very quickly.

My Favorite office chair

I owned one of these chair at my prior office. Originally we had the standard chairs that every office everywhere has. One of the engineers in my office complained about his chair so we got two of these as test chairs I was lucky enough to be one of the people to be selected. At first I was not impressed I hated the seat. After a few weeks I started to realize that my posterior and back didn't have any pains. Fast forward to changing positions and being able to work from home. I was required to have a professional ERGO review and therefore was made to order a $900 chair (Required as part of my home office setup). After about 6 months I started to notice that I had some back and posterior pains. So I actually purchased again one to replace my $900 chair. What makes it so different is the mesh SEAT you don't have as much stress on your posterior (or back). I loved the chair so much that when my wife started working from home (due to Covid19) I got her one of the same chairs. I purchased a chair instead of using the $900 work chair that is in my basement. We (wife and I) love the chair... ol and by the way my old office has 35 of these chairs about my colleague and I's recommendations.... so I would buy again and I have already. Love this chair ( or one similar with mesh seat would probably be good too)

Solid Chair for the Price

Bought this chair as I was working from home due to the coronavirus. The chair is a great for the price and was much more comfortable than the chair I was previously using. My only complaint was that some of the parts were warped when I received the package which plays a major factor in an item that's supposed to be ergonomic. I called Product Support and they were able to provide replacement parts free of charge. Overall solid chair at the price point we bought it at and great customer service.

Best Office Task Chair!

I'd been searching for a supportive task chair for a long time. I've had 3 lumbar surgeries in the past and finding a solid supportive chair to use at the computer was high on my list. This wonderful chair has filled the bill for me with great lumbar and neck support. My husband returned to Staples to get one for himself!
