Good instructions no tools needed (comes with hex key) pretty comfortable. Only gripe is the headrest doesn't stay put if you raise it up and I wish the back moved up and down. Solid chair for the price.

I've only had it for a few days and no complaints. The neck rest is most helpful as that and lower back are the problem areas. So far this chair fits the bill. Thank you

You have to be within a certain height to take full advantage of the headrest. But otherwise it's a well constructed (2 wks in) chair and super comfortable too.

Great but short

Chair is very comfy. I broke my back in two places and the chair gives good support. It’s very cozy too. Only problem is the head rest hits my shoulders so I’m a little too tall for the chair.
