Not as comfortable as I’d hoped

I’m 5’ 2” and my feet don’t touch the ground. I had a shoe with a heel when I sat in the display at the store. This makes it cut into the back of my legs so I’ve had to add a foot stool. It would also be nice if the recline option would lock anywhere you put it. It locks back but only in one spot and it’s a little further back than I like. Good quality but not a good fit for short people.

The seat is comfortable headrest not so comfortable if youre tall. The headrest tilts however has no height adjustment. At times it feels like youre wearing a neckbrace because its not height adjustable. The wheels are smooth and the adjustable lower back support works very well. The adjustable arm rests are usefule and are of a hard rubber not soft at all. I would recommend this chair to some but not all people. I suggest you try in store and play around with all the adjustmens to see if its a good fit for you.

I like everything about this chair with one exception; the headrest needs to be more easily adjusted. I am six feet tall and my shoulders hit the headrest. If the adjustment was easier to get to I think I could make it fit better.

Firm Good Support really like head rest. Kind of wish the seat was padded instead of Mesh but I like Mesh Back

Chair was so comfortable I sat in it in the store for about 30 minutes! I can definitely feel the support for my back & the neck rest is actually usable and comfortable. Definitely recommend it this product.
