Great Instrustions for assembling!!!

Definitely the best laid out set of instructions I have encountered. Color coded bolts individually packaged were very slick. Balancing the parts on an upside down assembly is tricky for one person but manageable. Chair works well as advertised and am very pleased with it.

Comfortable chair however head rest can be annoying when it keeps bumping tops of your shoulders. No adjustment for stopping this.

So far I love this chair!

I've only had it a week but so far I am in love with this chair. I am petite and have occasional sciatica (numbness pain) in my left leg so it has been very challenging to find a chair that is really comfortable over long periods of time. This one so far is great! Everything (back tilt lower back support seat height arm positioning) is adjustable and the back gives me great support. I like that the seat comes up higher than many other chairs so I don't feel like a small child at my desk but am actually up high enough. I didn't install the headrest so can't comment on that. I did struggle a bit putting it together at first - after getting help from my husband it took around 30 minutes.

This is a good budget chair. The only complaint is the headrest does not adjust vertically.

You may have sent me a defective chair. Ihave one in the country which I'm sitting in--and could not get the gear on the one in the city to work. I am returning in September to review it.
