Great Chair Great Quality Great Price and Great Comfort

The chairs are great however I only rated it with 3 stars because some of the taller people in our office (6' and +) do not like the head rest as they have stated it sits on their shoulders. Also even though the chair has a higher weight capacity it has been said that the chair isn't very wide. I find the chair myself to be very comfortable as have others in my office.

Many of my colleagues have been using this chair for a long time. The original price is kind of expensive. But I get it on sale which is a fair price. This chair is comfortable easy to install.

great all-around chair

Having some back issues I need a chair that is adjustable in several directions. The Hyken chair fits the bill. The back can be straight up or lean back to whatever degree required and the lumbar support is adequate. It can be adjusted up and down but the degree of support is not adjustable. Still it fits my old back well. The chair is also very comfortable to sit in.

Don’t support neck

Don’t support neck. Either you can support back or neck not together because the torso height is not adjustable to put back and neck support st correct height.

I loved it in the store. I am not sure why maybe because it was sat in so many times. It was just more comfortable.
