After 1 day of use my back was in a lot of pain. I do have back issues but this chair has no give to it. I returned it for a different chair.

For use in home office. read other reviews that complained about headrest but I have no problem with it and you don't have to install it. Take your time assembling and read instructions then no problem assembling. Lumbar and seat support are wonderful. Haven't found anything to complain about but get the chair on sale if you can. Could not afford it at regular price!

The front edge of this seat is not comfortable after sitting in it for a while and puts strain on my hamstrings. Bought it during shelter in place during the pandemic and didn't get to test it out.
