I LOVE THE CHAIR. The mesh allows air to flow through unlike my previous leather chair. Took awhile to put together. Fits my body perfectly. Very comfortable!
Pretty darn comfortable working from home twice a week and spending more than enough personal time gaming etc in this chair. I’ve only had this chair for about two weeks so I am not sure about durability. For the price it seems very light weight and of decent quality. Would recommend based on experience so far.
In the past I've bought leather/vinyll desk chairs and while quite satisfied with them I found myself sort of slouching in them because of the depth of the seat. Also I spend much of my day sitting at my desk so the hours per day rating Staples notes on the price tags influenced me to seriously consider this chair. Now that I've been using it for over a week here's what I've found: • The depth of the seat is perfect for me. I can sit all the way back and my knees still extend a couple inches beyond the edge of the seat. So I sit up straight. • The chair back tilts but with good tension allowing me to relax and stretch and still get good back support. • The adjustable lumbar support provides support I have not been used to with other chairs. • I keep the chair height fairly high so may arms are parallel to the ground and pretty much horizontal when I use my keyboard. So my feet don't touch the ground for support. However the design of the chair base allows me to rest my feet comfortably on the base and they don't slide off. • The mesh is surprisingly comfortable to sit on. • The adjustable head rest is similarly quite comfortable -- which I did not expect when I looked at it. • Assembly was the easiest of all the chairs I've bought -- and the others I've had were pretty easy to put together. Overall I am very pleased with this chair. I feel like it fits me very well and holds my body comfortably and healthily. I'm also going to throw in a plug for the product protection plan. I usually don't consider extended warranty type programs to be a good value for me. But when I bought my last chair at Staples I did get the Product Protection Plan. After a couple years the vinyll on one of the armrests cracked. I was willing to buy a replacement armrest but that was not an option. So I contacted the insurance folks. They were super easy to deal with very pleasant and about a week later I got a full refund for the price of the chair since it was not practical for them to replace it. So I'm a fan of this particular insurance company (which is associated with Allstate).
