I am 6 feet tall and the headrest hits my lower shoulder blades on the highest setting. Completely ridiculous. However after removing the headrest I was able to give it another try: the lumbar support actually feels nice compared to nearly every sub-$400 chair I've tried and the height is more than sufficient for correct ergonomic positioning. So I guess I'm keeping it while I continue my search for a chair designed with common sense in line.

This chair is very supportive especially for the low back which I appreciate. it is also very customizable although I will say that it might not be great for tall people because the head rest does not raise very high. however for me it is perfect (I am 5'4") and I am comfortable in it even on long work days. i got it on sale and it was a great deal. overall very happy with this purchase.

The chair was easy to put together. All the parts fit perfectly and none were missing. The chair is comfy and love having the ability to adjust the lumbar support.

Do not buy this chair if you are 511 or taller. The headrest will be in your spine and it is not adjustable to go higher. Unbelievably bad flaw in design
