This is a great chair. When I sit straight up at the desk typing I can actually feel the lumbar support. The headrest is great for when I want to lay back and relax for a minute. The chair rocks back really smoothly and easily too.

I'm 5'9 and approximately 165 lbs. This chair fits me well. It provides excellent lumbar and cervical support.
