The Staples Hyken Mesh Task Chair Black (23481-CC) turns out to be a good value easy assembly with included wrench. Comfortable with position adjustments that function very well. Purchased in late October 2020 and so far I’m very pleased.

Great chair. Breathable mesh is very comfortable. Already had one and bought the second for my wife. Definitely recommend. (I/we do not use the neck brace.)

This chair was comparable to the ones I had ordered for our Conference Room Crusher Operator Shack Hoist Houses and was meant to be used constantly. Good.

This is a great chair for those that sit at their desk for long hours! Comfortable seat and black- both kind of conform to your body shape and movements. The back is flexible so you can push back and put your feet up or if you want it to support your back straight up- it does both! I do have to put a blanket or towel down at the end of the chair if I'm wearing shorts just because of where the mesh and the seat meet is kind of rough on the legs. I bought this chair because I was having back and sore muscles with my old chair- and now not anymore because of this chair!

Took me a half hour to assemble but I'm not good at this sort of thing. The mesh is a lot better for me in hot weather but the armrests could do with being able to go down one more notch. A bit high for me and I'm 5'9" which means someone shorter might feel like their arms are poised for flight. I'm okay with it but would not buy again but opt for a bracket or two higher.

Needs a bit more adjustability

The seat is comfortable and the placement of the armrests is fine. However the lumbar support dug into my back and only had a small amount of vertical adjustment. Also the bottom of the headrest dug into my shoulders even in the highest position. (I am about 5' 11" 210lbs) If the headrest and lumbar could be more adjustable this could be a great chair. The overall build quality is better than most similar chairs i've seen.
