Good firm support out of the box. So far so good. everything feels decently made and enough adjustments to fit my body. Using Aeron chairs in my main office and this chair is compatible in comfort minus the bottom is little shorter and light weight makes it little unstable when moving around the office but perfect as a backup office chair

Incredible value super easy assembly so comfortable and easy on the eyes. Fell asleep in it immediately after assembling it myself. It’s more comfortable than any of the $300+ gaming chairs i’ve sat in and I have zero fatigue after making music all day. The lumbar support is perfect for me. Don’t waste your money on a neon green and black gaming chair thats going to make your booty sore. The hype on chairs like these is deserved and Staples got it to me IN ONE DAY! Your back and your wallet will thank you! *** BE WARNED: if you’reover 5’6” this chair isn’t for you. shorter people will enjoy it to the fullest! ***

I sit 6-9 hrs a day at my desk for my job. This chair allows me to comfortably do that. I am not hot or stiff. The upper body and neck support helps my core from getting fatigued. Great chair.

I returned this chair on the second day. It reclined and never returned to the correct position. Also it is very stiff.
