Easy to adjust Simple and comfortable

I must say that I was very impressed at the ease of "Break-in" for the chair. One thing I especially like is the adjustable back adjustment. This chair can lock when leaning back: So many expensive chairs allow you lean back but then go back to the "up" position. Nice feature!

This was a replacement. It took me a while to get to the right person but when I did they got the replacement to me right away. The chair is comfortable. But the cylinder doesn't last as long as the warranty. Several people in my office are having the same problem with their chairs as well.

I was having back spasms with a previous chair that has a seat made of foam over cardboard. This chair is very comfortable and I am not having the problems I had before.

I find this chair comfortable and it's easy to adjust. Putting it together was a little tricky and I needed a friend's help but that would likely be true of other models.
