The seat and back are a mesh so that you won't get overheated the back tilts and the head rest adjusts (only very minimally) and the lumbar support is great! Nice chair for the home office...we bought two.

This chair is very comfortable. It's not too heavy and moves easily on my floor mat. Adjusting the chair is easy and the headrest is an added bonus feature that aids my neck and head. I have no issues with this chair and is happy with my purchase. Thank you.

Saving me a lot of pain

I got the chair because I was having a lot of tech neck symptoms. This chair especially the adjustable arms and the lumbar support has provided instant relief. The one drawback is the neck support. It adjusts forward and backwards but not up and down so it doesn't fit me that well but a minor drawback.
