Have had this chair for several weeks. It is very comfortable. Great for my back. Love the mesh. Excellent support. Good adjustment for me - I am short 5' 1" Easy assembly but instructions could be improved. Didn't notice to put on black cover pieces on the height adjustment column until it was all put together. At that point no way to take back apart to put them on. Looks fine without them however. Arms adjust and head rest is nice without getting in the way if you don't want to use. Arms are a little high it seems to me even at lowest position which makes them a little uncomfortable if using for long periods. Great value for price especially since I purchased on sale!

Better Posture

I am a Chiropractor and I use this chair in my office. I have been noticing that my seated posture is a whole lot better with this chair than the last one. That has helped me stay more focused as I'm working

I had cervical fusion two months ago and needed a chair that supports my neck and spine. This one has been great... a super value for the price.
