Very uncomfortable seat

The chair back is very supportive but the seat sides press into the hips. After about an hour I have to get up because the pressure from the side blocks under the seat gets to be to much. Wish I had my old chair back...

Great chair - Fix for low Headrest

This chair is great but the headrest was too low and it dug into my shoulder blades. It's an easy fix though! Just go to the hardware store and get a few 4in straight brackets and a couple nuts and bolts and you can extend the headrest up to whatever level you need. I'm very pleased with this chair!

Best ergo chair for the price

Basically if you're looking for something ergonomic and posture fitting like a reputable european brand that usually sells their models in the $1k-$5k range this is the perfect alternative. I started a new job that had a nice looking chair but it killed my back after the 2nd day. This chair fixed it all. No back pain after the first day and no back pain after a week.

I work from home most of the time so I needed some sort of replacement for a 10 year old falling apart thing...The price on this chair was great when I bought it. It isn't a lot worse than the Aeron (which I had when working in an office for 3+ years) but it doesn't give the same support. It's not bad just not the same. The arm rests are not great at all: not really comfortable.Overall you get what you pay for. This is probably above average but doesn't make 8-ish hours of sitting pleasant...
