Seems to be a sturdy chair love the headrest and tilt function as they work very well for what they are intended for. The lumbar function is not as impressive as it only slides up and down; wish it would move horizontally as well. Still trying to get acclimated to the seat cushion as well. Mesh seat with cushion underneath at the front where your legs dangle. Rolls well even on the carpet and spins effortlessly.

I like this chair! Great lower back support!The rocking and swivel is a nice feature. You can adjust or lock this feature if you do not want to use it. I like the mesh material because it breathes.

Not made for tall people

It is a solid chair with good functionality. I am giving it 3 stars because the back is not tall enough. The headrest hits my shoulder blades. This gets very annoying and so I have had to remove the headrest. Not what I was hoping for. I recommend this for people under 5' 11".

Very comfortable chair has noise which is a little bit annoying

This chair is very comfortable for sitting like another famous ergonomic but expensive office chair. The only annoying part is the noise when you sit and move back and forth on this chair.

Two screws did not fit

Nice chair but took much longer than necessary to pull together because two of the screw sockets were faulty.
