Excellent definitely a good deal. Solid sturdy comfortable excellent lumbar support. Wish the neck suppport had more adjustable positions other than that I recommend this chair.

The chair we purchased has some challenges in setting up but they were overcome. What was frustrating was the same chair a week or so later was $40 less expensive. 440

I went to the store and field tested about 20 of the office chairs they had. I am obsessive and indecisive and was there for hours trying each of them out pulling them so I sat at a desk etc. Not a light easy decision! As most office people do I spend most of my life at my desk. And with a disk bulge in my lumbar region - I can't sit badly or get something that is not perfectly the right fit. Finally bought this one. After having someone else put it together (comes unassembled as most do) - I sat in it at my desk and have been happy ever since.The arm rests are adjustable and much better than in other chairs. For those who want it - I love that it is exceptionally great at gliding across the floor - lets me zip around. This is the best chair for anyone needing solid support on their lower back. Most chairs are too far back and leave a gap. Or they are too soft. The support along with the extra special neck rest are just wonderful. No complaints. High praise. Buy this chair.

Very Good for the Money

Overall I like this chair. It is very comfortable while I am stuck at home teleworking during my normal 8 hour shift. Good back support good bottom support. The head rest is kind of a waste I never really use it. My only complaint is that i wish it would lean forward a bit more. You can lean it until it is "neutral" that is in a good all around sitting position or lean it back. At work I have a mesh drawing table chair/stool that you can slightly lean forward that is great for reading blueprints. I had hoped this chair would do the same to make it a bit easier on my back arms and wrists for typing at the computer. That is the only reason I did not give it a full 5 stars.

I work from home and sometimes 8-10 hrs a day. Comfort is a requirement! This chair is one of the best I’ve ever worked in! Lots of features and great value!
