Arrived as promised. Easy to assemble. No missing parts or extra parts. For the money the seat is as good as anyone of the higher prices mwah type chairs I've purchased. I would recommend this chair for any work environment because Of the look cost adjustability as well as its flexibility.

I use to only get the leather type chairs from staples but they would last about a year before becoming about as comfortable as a park bench. I tried this chair out and was amazed as how comfortable it is. I think its pretty comparable to the more expensive mesh chairs. I would recommend this to anyone that spends a good deal of time in a chair at their workstation. I've had it about 2 months now and its just as good as the day I got it. Hopefully this will be the last desk chair I have to purchase.

This is the best desk chair I have ever owned. Very comfortable especially the lumbar support. I really like having the option of the head rest. Easy to assemble. Highly recommend.

I am pleased with this purchase. I recommend Withhold a star because chair feels somewhat awkward. Might be because I am used to feel of my previous chair which was the best chair ever. I have a lot of back problems .I spend between 8-10 hours everyday in my office chair. The Adjustment consists of: Back support tension seat height lumbar support height head support height and angle and chair arm height..With all the adjustments the whole chair really is contoured to the body and supports both the lower and upper back.The head rest is too high for me as I'm just 5'1. It should support the head in the area a little higher neck instead push forward my head. The mesh seating and backing keep me nice. 7-year manufacturers limited warranty but I really don't have a feel for how long this mesh will hold up - it doesn't appear to be that durable. The next negative I have is there should be a little padding on the chair where it meets the back of your thighs. Draw back was the mesh seat left waffle imprints on the back of my legse but that easily remedied by a soft towel folded in half on the seat. Finally black technical mesh back and seat keep cool throug houthot summerday but In cold winter day this quality is a big minus you will be cold

Solid chair for the price. Generally it is available in the store and you can try it out before you buy.
