I love this new office chair that we bought at Staples. I did not put the headrest on the chair. The lumbar support is great and I love all the ways the chair can be adjusted. The mesh fabric makes the chair cooler also. Overall this is a great chair and I am very happy with the purchase. I also go it on sale and that made it even better!!!

I jave been workong from home like many over the past year and I would be so fatigued and aching by the end of the day. I actually have energy now and no muscle aches or intense fatigue since I started using this chair! It has saved my career!

Lacks some basic adjustments

The chair looks good and is reasonable well built. It has a good height and back tilt adjustment and good arm rest adjustments. Even though the description says it has an adjustable lumbar support it really doesn't. Never the less the lumbar support worked for me. That being said the headrest can not be raised so is more or less useless unless you have a short torso and neck. The seat and back use a combined tilt mechanism so the base doesn't have a real tilt mechanism so it tends to cut off the circulation to my legs. This a mess chair so it does not have a traditional padded seat. The seat side rails that the mess is attached to are a little to narrow for me. My thighs tend to press in to the side rails a little. I do not have a big butt so I caution anyone with a posterior that is even a little wide that you may find this chair uncomfortable. For these reasons I would not recommend this chair.

Perfect fit for this 5'6" person

A chair's comfort is all about the right fit. I tried about 20 chairs in Staples and liked this one the best. This chair is ideal for my size which is 5'6" tall. The other chairs were just too big and did not allow enough room for my back to benefit from the lumbar support. This one works great and fixed my back pain -- but again it's because it fits right. You should try the chairs in person if you can.
