Comfortable and feels good on my back

I bought the chair to help alleviate a sore lower back problem. The chair is not as comfortable as the chair that I replaced but that one was irritating my back because it put me in a poor sitting position. This one holds me up straighter and give me lumbar support. My only issue with the chair is that the mesh fabric has too much resistance to sliding. While this is good for preventing slipping down while you work it does take getting into the chair a little more difficult. Overall I am happy with the chair and would recommend it to anyone interested in improving their sitting posture. As far as assembly is concerned I did not have any problems putting it together however if you are mechanically challenged you may need help.
I'm 5'3 petite female. I sit for 6-8 hours a day in my home office this is a very sturdy task chair designed for extended sitting. The key to finding the best chair is to make sure you get a chair with a rating for what you utilize it for. The mesh is supportive both on the butt and thighs and back. The seat bottom hits at a nice area behind my knees for a shorter petite person a lot of my other chairs had too large of a chair bottom and my knees were not supported. The lumbar support helps my lower back the head rest is nice because it has 3 tilt options. the arms also have adjustability at 3 different levels. The chair high has a nice range to move it up and down. It also has a tension feature that allows you to be able to lean back or keep the chair from leaning back (like rocking back n forth). I personally keep the tension tight so it doesn't lean back n forth to have good posture. All and all great chair for the price for extended sitting.
The chair seemed to be very sturdy and well made. I think however that it was not for me or my size. I am tall -5'10"- and have a long torso and legs. The head rest didn't hit me in the right place nor did the seat fit my legs. It seemed comfortable at first; however after sitting for longer periods of time (20 minutes plus) it began to be very uncomfortable. My legs hips glutes and back all started hurting. I have a coworker who loves her Hyken Mesh Task chair; however she is also about 6 inches or more shorter than I am. I will be returning the chair. It is just not for me.
