Good support & easy to assemble

This is a great chair. It is comfortable and adjustable in so many ways (seat height width back tension back angle arm height) that you can adjust it to fit you perfectly. Also it was easy to assemble. I did it alone in about 1 hour. At first I was concerned because the instructions were only pictures no words; but the hardware pieces were all numbered and color-coded so it was simple. I have only had it for about 1 week so I can't say anything about its durability but so far I am very pleased.

Mesh task chair

Easy to put together.comfortable.Only negative is the lumbar is not adjustable.I don't like it sticking in my back.Only other negative is rollers on bottom of chair are small.It does not move well on carpeted area.

Great deal for a Mesh chair

I've used mesh chairs for years. Needed to replace an old high back captain chair for a more comfortable working space. This chair was on special for a great price. While I was initially skeptical of the value after using it for over 3 weeks this is a great chair. The seat is comfortable and gives me all day support. The headrest sits a little low for a me as I have a little bit longer than normal torso. However when I lean back the angle of the back then makes the headrest just right. The only reason for not a full 5 stars is that it doesn't have seat front and back headrest height and more armrest adjustments. Other than that it's a great chair at a great price.

Comfort is deceiving

My husband was pleased with the comfort of the chair in the store and liked that there was a headrest. Once he assembled it at home however he was very dissatisfied. It hurt his lower back after a short time of sitting in it. Fortunately we were able to return it to the store for a refund.

Almost Perfect

I purchased the Hyken because I have read online that it's pretty much the best chair you can get for under $250. When I got home and put the chair together it was great except for one thing: it was slightly tilted/crooked. It was to the point where my head was on the very left side of the headrest when I was sitting straight up. I was going to return the chair today to get another one without the tilt but both of the display models that I saw had the same issue and I didn't wanna gamble away my time on another boxed model. Everything else about the chair is perfect but I'm not gonna use a chair for 6-7 years constantly angry about how it's crooked.
