Great looking chair...but head and arm rests are problematic

I bought the chair online and didn't have a chance to test it out prior to delivery and assembly. Assembly was easy and quick. The head rest is somewhat fixed and if you are tall it does not fit neatly into the crook of your neck for support. The arm rests are flat hard plastic and are not very comfortable. Overall I would go with another chair in a future purchase.
