Pretty good chair. The only downside is the seat. The mesh is as expected flexible so while it has support on all 4 sides the material will sometimes flex a little weird. The main selling point for me is the lumbar and neck support is perfect for me
It has a rough seat for naked bum bums and the chair kinda forces you to force it to let you recline; however it's sturdy easy to construct and has excellent lumbar support.
This chair has been a savior for my neck and back issues. I have arthritis and a reverse curve in my neck due to whiplash and problems throughout my back stemming from a fall on my tailbone. I have been going to a chiropractor and physical therapy for months. When they realized that my problems get worse throughout the day it was recommended that I look at my office chair (which was standard and crappy). This chair helps me tremendously to maintain better posture and I realize now my poor posture was worsening my symptoms. I also like that so many things are adjustable. If you're like me you thought that this chair looked really uncomfortable because it's mesh but it's actually sooo much better than any cushy chairs I have sat in! Don't know why just is. I would absolutely recommend.
I am a dispatcher and this chair is GREAT along with being extremely comfortable and light weight. However being that dispatchers work a lot of doubles a good chair is a must so anyone looking for a great all-around chair this should be your first choice PLUs it is sold at a reasonable price that won't break the bank. I hope staples never EVER gets rid of this chair from there stock:))))).
