Hurts my butt!

Usable seat width is more like 16.5" not 19.3" because otherwise you will be sitting on hard plastic. They padded the front of the seat because they knew people wouldn't like the back of their thighs resting on hard plastic so why not the sides as well? Very dissatisfied do not buy unless you are petite

It's not a bad chair. I like how you can change the back but I do wish it had a little more cushion.

This chair has been great! It is comfortable and it is really helping my sciatic nerve problem. I wish I had it a long time ago!
