Okay for the money. It’s not a chair you would want to sit in for any extended period of time (over 20 minutes).

The chair is well contoured and sturdy the mesh seat is a little too hard to remain comfortable for extended (hour +) seating.

Comfortable Chair

I actually went to my local Staples store and sat in every chair (probably about 25) they had before I decided on this chair. Initially I was sure I did not want an ugly mesh ergonomic chair. I thought I wanted a padded executive more stylish fabric chair. I was wrong. This turned out to be the chair for me. The lumbar support is excellent on my lower back the adjustable height arms are great.. The only thing I'm still slightly undecided about is the headrest. It's uncomfortable if you are wearing a ponytail or if you don't want such aggressive head support but it is removeable - so hold on to the hex key/wrench that comes with the chair. Also while not aesthetically pleasing the mesh is flexible so while you think you may like a padded seat chair this one is actually very comfortable with just mesh. I was having some tailbone pain and don't have it in this chair. Makes it easy to sit in at my desk for 8 hours a day.

I got this chair because it promised to be suitable for many hours of sitting at your desk and it absolutely lives up to the promise. I also like that it is ventilated throughout. Mine was a floor model so I can't say anything about the ease of assembly.
