Delivery was very fast and no problems with assembly. I have used the chair for 6 weeks before writing this review - to see if the chair would develop any problems... None very comfortable with good quality. I spend a lot of time in this chair and would certainly recommend it!

Overall Great Chair NOT For Tall People

Overall this is a great chair and a decent value version of the herman miller aeron chairs I used to use. The install was fairly simple. I love the feeling of the mesh. No more getting hot after long periods of sitting. If you are tall like me (6' 2") I would suggest looking elsewhere though or don't plan on using the headrest. Even in its most extended position the headrest doesn't go up high enough and hits me in the back of my shoulders. I might just take it off completely as it can be quite annoying at times. Also I ordered inline wheels to replace the stock ones which are junk just like every other chair. The inline wheels are much nicer and glide over my laminate and rug perfectly.

Great Buy

Got this chair on sale but iit would be worth the full price. Had to be shipped and was received on schedule. Went together easily although two holes for the back were not drilled. Once compensated for that the chair adjusted easily to my comfort preferences.

Reasonably easy to assemble by myself. The chair has fantastic back support and the headrest is perfect. I can easily snooze off if I lean back in it LOL. The -.5 star is for the narrowness of the seat. I'm on the large side and the seat is just a tad too narrow. Not a serious comfort issue. It's kind of like sitting in the seat of a sportscar.

Best Chair Ever (3 Years of Use)

I am such a fan of this chair. It is very comfortable and breathable. My only issue is the arm rest material can rip over time but I called Staples and they shipped me new arm rests since it's been less than 5 years. I could live with the tears but since it is under warrenty wanted to get them swapped out.
