It felt great at the store but a new one at home it seems the seat is support presses on my the outer edge of my hips and hurts such that I have to get up and walk around. It's not the seat bottom its the seat left/right side. If I put cushions on it then the neck support no longer lines up. I would trade it in for something else if I could.

Great comfortable chair

I ordered this chair because I wanted something that kept me from feeling like I would fall off the front. It's got a nice soft support in the front under my legs. Has all the other features I need. Headrest feels a little funny but I don't use it much and I don't mind. Great chair and a good price. Ordered sunday in store and arrived at my house Tuesday morning - nice!

HATE this chair

I wanted to like this chair but ended up HATING it for a number of reasons. The arms are too close together I'm slightly overweight but not huge and found my legs/hips touch the arms with no room to spare. The fabric is "sticky" so when you sit down your clothes stick to the fabric and will ride up on you. I have to stand up multiple times to pull down the back of my shirt and adjust the legs of my pants. If you move in your chair your pants and shirt don't move with you they stick to the chair and I HATE it. Super uncomfortable. I hope I can return it even though it's already assembled and the box has been destroyed.

Seats starting sagging after one year

The chair was nice and firm for the first year but now the seat is loose and sagging it is difficult to sit and feel uncomfortable. Looking into warranty coverage.
