Easy to construct and comfortable to occupy.

Due to recent Work From Home needs I found myself in the market for an office chair upgrade. The one I sought wasn't available but a very helpful associate in the store I visited pointed me to this one. It has met my needs in terms of being easy to put together and sustain my comfort for an 8 - 9 hour/day 40 hour/week work period. I'm 5 ft 10 265 lbs if that helps anyone closer to this chair's advertised weight limit feel better about selecting it. Both the customer service and the product made this a fantastic buying experience. Thanks for reading!

Excellent ergonomic chair

I'm very happy with my new Hyken chair purchased last week for my new work-from-home situation. The assembly instructions were easy-to-follow; all the parts were clearly labeled and required only the included Allen wrench for assembly. The chair itself has a variety of adjustable features and I'm finding it very comfortable. The back support and head rest are particularly good. I purchased online and used the store pick-up option. Shout out to the team at the Centennial Colorado store for excellent customer service!

Digging into shoulder

Wish there was forward-back seat adjustment Head rest isn't far enough forward to measurably help Head rest digs into top of my shoulders (I'm 5'10")
