comfortable and ergo with good lower back support. The attachable headrest is not vertically adjustable and useless so left it off the chair

Nice chair for support

Easy to assemble and very supportive. I was unable to use head rest because it rubs the top of my shoulders and I was unable to adjust to keep it from rubbing. Don't believe I need the headrest so will keep and so far so good.

Thank you for this excellent chair design Staples! I find that I'm more productive because I WANT to get into this chair. The comfort for someone at the computer for many hours really pays off in terms of body health.

After sitting in the same chair for twenty years - and watching it list decidedly to the left - I decided it was time for a new chair. It being a holiday season I decided my staff should also have a new chair if she wanted one. She was complaining that her back and neck hurt continually and after studying her chair I could see why! I chose the Hyken Mesh Task Chair because I had tried a mesh chair at home and really liked it. When this chair popped up on sale we snapped up two. They were delivered - free - to our upstairs office (no elevator so this was a great service) within one business day. Late that afternoon after the rest of the staff was gone I put my chair together by myself. Though a little heavy it only took about 30 minutes. The next day my staff member put her chair together with a little help. After using them now for ten days she no longer is suffering neck and back pain. As she is an exceptional ballet dancer (with some equally exceptional office skills) this is a great improvement! And I am loving the springiness of the seat.

This chair is very comfortable has great back support and can be easily adjusted. It goes down lower than any other chair I've previously owned and that is good because I am a short person and need that for good posture.
