Overall this a good chair. I would rate it a five but for me the back is too short. My shoulders hit the bottom of the headrest and it is uncomfortable. So I just removed the headrest. Don't really need when I'm using the chair. P.S. I'm only 5'9" so I didn't expect that to be an issue.

Nice chair adjustable but chi legs extend far outside chair and interfere with feet movement.

tried it out in store order one plus another smaller mesh chair...much better comfort and support than traditional executive type chairs...easy to assemble delivered the next day...no drones

This chair is very comfortable sitting in it for eight plus hours a day. the breathe ability is awesome. The lumbar support is an important feature.

Hi --- 5'2" woman customer here; work on I-Mac computer about 5-6 hours/day. COVID work at home froze me in my old Dansk chair. I was looking for ergonomic chair lumbar support adjustable headrest rocks back decent comfort. Not at a high price. This chair gives me just what I need. I added an "Everlasting Comfort" seat cushion. Before I stood up after working a couple of hours and it took me a while to straighten out and for my hips to stop aching. Now I can get up answer doorbell figure out what Hubby is calling upstairs about -- and I'm not frozen into muscle cramp/stiffness. Most of the Staples chairs were too big and clunky for my size. Like Goldilocks I checked them all out (about 18 of them on display). This one fit just right.

Better than the Serta smart layers chair I tried first but not great. Feels a bit cheap for the price but not bad. An okay office chair. Returned because the description made it sound like it had way more adjustability than it does. You can lock the back tilt move the seat up and down or move the lumbar support up and down. The head rest just pivots up or down. The lumbar support is too hard for me very little adjustment and the design leaves you sitting up without use of the back rest or headrest so whats even the point of the head rest!? If you like leaning or tilting back into the chair I guess you may like it. Poor ergo design though. Spine head and neck should be aligned. As a nurse I would say keep looking. Also no tilt or slide to seat. Mesh seat is comfy. The Serta I tried was painful! Ordered the autonomous ergo 2 chair instead through Autonomous company directly. Staples customer service was nice with returns and no hassles so 5 stars there. They just do not have a chair in stock at this point that will work for me.

Comfortable good price

This chair was not difficult to assemble. It is comfortable with lumbar support and a mesh back material for air flow. While it may not be a 1000 dollar Herman Miller office chair this chair is available at a very reasonable price. I was helped at a Staples store by an associate to order the chair and it was delivered to my home. Very convenient!
