I've had this chair for a couple weeks now. I find it very comfortable and I can imagine that the mesh will continue to hold up for a while. Gives good support on lower back and I like the head/neck cushion as well. My one complaint is that it shipped and one plastic part arrived cracked. This was just a cover to one of the pieces of the chair so I wasn't too worried but just keep that in mind if you get it shipped to you. Overall would recommend this chair.

A well-ended nightmare

Product took a week longer to arrive than was originally intended due to delivery people losing the package meaning they had to ship out a second one which then arrived incredibly quick. When it did arrive though I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to assemble and how much better it is than my previous chair.

Our first impression is very favorable. This is a very well constructed chair and is quite comfortable. I have been buying office furniture from staples since 1997 and this is the best chair I have seen.

Very supportive but head rest more of a neck rest

Pros: I really enjoy the sturdiness and quality of this chair. It really supports the arch of your back but doesn’t sacrifice comfort. It will last me some time and I do recommend it to others! Cons: My only frustration was that the headrest couldn’t go any higher. I’m short (5’1”) but even at the highest level the headrest was hitting more of my neck than the back of my head. You can always lean back to take a break and rest your head that way which is what I’ve been doing but I was hoping for something that was higher.
