I love this chair. It's amazing. It's comfortable. I'm short and typically chairs not made for my height. This chair is great for even me. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Solved my back problems

Best purchase I've made in years. The chair has several adjustment options and is super comfortable. I also like the breatheability of the mesh. I have to sit for long hours to do my homework and I have been experiencing awful pressure in my lower back and sciatica in both of my legs since I started back in school. I have scoliosis and a mild deformity in my right hip which I assumed had been irritated simply because I had spent a lot of time sitting. I didn't realize how terrible the chair I was using really was until I bought this one. Absolutely NO pressure in my back anymore and I have only had sciatica pain (that is helped with some stretching) a few times since I got the Hyken chair. Seriously had I known that simply replacing my chair would have made such a difference I could have saved hundreds that were spent on visits to my chiropractor. If you have back problems get this chair!

chair did not take long to come off the seams. Insurance claim was approved but never received the gift card they claimed they sent

Love the chair! Super easy to put together I will note - if you're taller than 6'3ish (guilty) then the headrest is about shoulder height. I also switched out the casters to protect my floors.

The chair is comfortable. We like the headrest and it has good back support. Our family owns 3 of these chairs. A worker at the Port Orchard WA store even even carried it out and put the chair in our vehicle on a rainy evening. Great chair and great customer service!
