New office chair

The chair is easy to assemble. The seat isn't quite as smooth and comfortable as the one in the store.

Very comfortable & supportive

I work from home full time and was experiencing back neck and arm pain so I upgraded my home office chair. I went to Staples in Freehold NJ to test out some chairs and settled on this one. The dimensions were just right to match my desk and it felt super comfortable and supportive. Cannot speak on how it will hold up long term because I have only had it for a week. Nor can I speak on the assembly because I paid for them to assemble it for me. However I will say that my neck & back pain have already significantly decreased since I began using this chair. My arm pain has decreased some but still lingers because I have to type a lot. Anyway I recommend trying out chairs in store first if possible because they have such a variety of great chairs & price options to choose from. Also the staff at Staples in Freehold NJ were excellent- very attentive helpful and informative.

I first purchased this chair several years ago for the workplace and liked it so much that I bought one for home. I recently changed departments and just got another one. It's comfortable for someone who is barely 5'2". I don't use the detachable headrest but I imagine taller people would appreciate that feature.
