I love this desk chair. It has great lumbar support as well as a head rest. I also really like the way it reclines. It is very gentle going back you don't feel like you're falling.

The chair is great. Easy assembly. My son loves to sit in it. So far it has produced a 4.0 grade point average. What else can you say for comfort?

Great chair for my line of work

I'm a medical transcriptionist for 20 years and needless to say I have horrible neck back and arm/shoulder problems (some genetic some work related). This chair has lessened the havoc I wreak on my body every day with work. It's very comfortable. I love how the arms adjust and the tilt adjusts. I only wish I were taller to take advantage of the headrest. :) Got this on a great deal and so glad I picked this up. Beware though ... this chair is very heavy! :) P.S. Shipping for Staples to my home in less than 24 hours ... *thumbs up*

Not comfortable

The chair head rest hurts my neck and shoulder. The seat is tilted back and feels like slipping down back. The mesh is hard to sit on for long time without putting a cushion on. The hard plastic around the mesh isn't friendly if you want to put your leg up the seat. I returned it after sit on it for half a day.

The chair was delivered at time and good conditions.It was easy to ensamble and I m enjoying it.
