Everything is fantastic... except the wheels are a little sticky. Rolling takes some effort.

SO comfy--great price

Very very happy with this purchase. I had an office chair for 20 years that my cat used as a massive scratching post. That chair was so comfortable I was thinking of reupholstering. I happening to walk into a Staples last week sat in this chair and was VERY impressed. I ordered it. Just finished putting it together--really easy to do btw. And...just wow. In a side-by-side with my old chair this one wins hands down. Very happy with my purchase

Helps Maintain Good Posture

This chair feels great on my lower back and helps me maintain a better posture. I purchased it when it was on sale and plan to buy another for my daughter going away to college.

Looks a bit better than it sits

It does a better job than my last chair and its headrest helps. But it's not especially comfortable overall. The lumbar support is not as adjustable as it should be

This product was originally purchased to assist myself with having back pain while at work and I fell in love with this chair when I sat in the sample chair at one of the store locations. We had it delivered to our office and got it built and ready to use. Turns out my boss loved it and we ended up purchasing a second one; just to purchase another one for another one of our employees that found it comfortable to use during his long hours at the office as well. All-in-all highly recommending product. Love it!
