Very comfortable only complaint is the lumbar support does not stay in place. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Love it ! Got this one after returning a couple of chairs. I’m 5 feet 7 inch tall and this is perfect for my height. All the adjustments including neck/head rest are Very useful. Only complaint I have is the arm rests are a little hard and for my liking I would like them to adjust even higher . Other than it this is a fantastic chair !

This chair is great for women. My wife is short but this chair lets her sit with her feet on the floor and her bottom all the way back.

Got this with a special internet price around $120??? Pretty easy to assemble out of the box and very comfortable. Feels like chairs at 4 times the price.
