Chair is comfortable. The instructions show that the armrests swivel as well as move up and down. They only move up and down.

Comfortable and reasonably priced

I love this chair. It has adjustable lumbar support and it can do that bouncy reclining thing which I love. You can lock the chair so it doesn't bounce if that's not for you. This is a great chair for a smaller-framed person. I'm 5'4" and when the seat is all the way down my feet can touch the floor. That's a big deal. The head rest is comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
