Moderately comfortable but not ideal. Better than the other chairs I used before but far from the comfort of an auto seat for example. Mesh bottom sometimes causes discomfort. Other than that the chair is ok and well made.

The headrest is too low

I'm 5'10" and the headrest squeezes into my shoulders. It seems like this a design oversight. Otherwise the chair is relatively comfortable. The arm rests are not plastic however they're not very soft.

I purchased this chair for added comfort while working from home during Covid shutdown. I initially bought another cheaper model elsewhere but experienced intense back pain. I couldn’t be happier with this upgrade. It was easy to put together shipping was fast and no back pain!!

The chair isnt good for tall people. I am 6 foot 2 and the head rest somethings feel at an awkward position
