Great support for price

This chair provides much greater back support than my previous chair. I sit 12-17 hours a day at the computer and it's important to not only have that support but be comfortable. So far I'm loving it. Can't get the neck rest to fit comfortably for my height (it's too high...or maybe I'm too short) but even without it the chair is lightyears better than what I had.

Comfortable chair easy to assemble

I bought this chair on "Black Friday" and got a good deal. The salesclerk was very helpful in placing the order as they were sold out in the store. It arrived Monday after the holiday. The chair is very comfortable. I like being able to lower the arms enough to fit under my desk There are many adjustments including the lumbar support and headrest. It probably took about 45 minutes to assemble but I had help from my cat who sat on all the parts and instructions. The parts were neatly separated into well marked bags. The instructions were easy to follow.There are a lot of warning labels in visible spaces that were difficult to remove as they would tear and leave behind glue. Goo-Gone took off the glue without affecting the plastic finish..

Love this chair! I like the high back and the head rest. I like the fact that you can lock the back into almost a 90 degree position. Great lumbar support!

Does the job. Wish the armrest moved in and out and adjusting the armrest up and down are a little stiff. But overall good for the price

Not the best. I’m only 5’10 but that is too tall for the headrest so had to take it off. The lumbar support is extremely aggressive. Had my box not gotten ruined in the rain I would have returned it.
