Chair assembly - head rest

The screw holes the "nuts"embedded in the chair back were not straight. so they did not align with the bolt holes in the head rest. Eventually I drilled out the holes in the chair back and added washers to make it work. My billable rate is almost the sales price of the chair - since i am restricted to my home and needed the chair to comfortably work from home it is a wash. Chinese manufacturing tolerances are handled about the same as the laboratory controls!!!
Been sitting in it for about a week. Pretty comfy. Just wish the arm rests would be adjustable forward and back like the wheelies I do on my motorcycles.
The chair is comfortable and I was excited about the headrest but since I'm 5'5 and have a long torso the headrest doesn't work for me. My shoulders actually come up higher then the bottom of the headrest so it pushes me forward if I sit up straight. If I slouch then it works great but that is not the intent of an ergonomic chair. Happy I can take off the headrest and deal because I'm not about to go back to Staples in the middle of a pandemic.
I needed a new chair with neck support and this one hit all the right marks. Assembly was a breeze and only took less than 20 minutes. I'm happy with my purchase.
I bought the floor model of this chair for use during remote work. Sitting on a dining room chair for 8+ hours was killing my neck! The Hyken chair saved me. It was a reasonable price has a headrest and reclines! I stop every half hour lean back and rest my muscles. It's been very good. My only complaints are: I wish the headrest could move up/down instead of just swivel and that the arms were a bit more padded. Overall would buy again.
