I like the chair generally very much. The head rest seems unnecessary and we did not install. I really wish the arm rests could be swung away as they can be too restrictive at times.

This chair is pretty comfortable I can sit in for hours without any issue whatsoever. I did have to fiddle with the headrest to get it at a good height but other than that I really love this chair and would recommend it for anyone.

We love these chairs!! They don't take up a lot of room and I love the mesh look because you can see through it and it makes the room look bigger.

I purchased this chair on sale and as the store was out of stock they let me have the floor model without charging me the setup fee. The chair is well constructed and extremly easy to use with the ergonomic arm rests that are adjustable. In addition the lumbar support is fantastic. The head rest is sturdy and does have some range of motion however given my height (six foot+) I would personally have appreciated it a little higher. The reclining feature is nice and does not go so far back that you feel like you are in danger of tipping over.
