I've had this chair for 10 years. There are two of them in my office and when people sit in them they are amazed at how comfortable it is. I would suggest this chair for anyone that sits a lot as it is not hot at all and has great support!

This chair was very easy to put together. It does not feel good to sit in. The seat cushion is angled in a weird way and hurts to sit in after a while. The back of the chair has some support for your lower back that doesn't feel good to sit in either. You cannot move the arm rests aside from raising or lowering them a feature another budget chair I had included. The headrest at max height is way too short. Overall it has a rough texture awful seat cushion poorly placed back support and useless headrest.

Of all of the chairs I tried at Staples this one was the most comfortable. I even bought one for my office at work.

I am not sure who that headrest will be comfortable for but conveniently it is easy to remove or replace.
