Very comfortable

The chair is very comfortable. It's one of the only chairs I could find with a high back and a headrest that wasn't horribly expensive. I like that the seat is also mesh. I can sit in it on hot days in Southern California working from home wearing shorts and my legs don't stick to it. It provides great back support.

Hyken mesh chair

This chair is extremely comfortable and very easy to put together. I am quite challenged with products involving assembly and always rely on my husband. But I was able to put this together by myself in 1/2 hour. Others have mentioned that the sticker shows (and it does). But it is fairly simple to remove with mineral oil. But after it was assembled and while I was rubbing off the sticker I noticed a crack in the plastic at the back of the chair. I removed the back of the chair and swapped it out at the store for another one which was fine. The exchange was quick and easy. Other than this inconvenience the chair is well worth it.

Good solid chair need 1 improvement

Shipping: The chair was shipped in it's own OEM box. The shipper probably threw it around and one of the painted legs was severely scratched. Kept it because it doesn't affect the function of the chair. Chair: The chair was easy to assemble with good instructions. The mesh back and seat are both supportive and comfortable. Only been using it for less than 1 month so not sure how it will hold up over the long-term. Negative: The only negative I can find is the adjustability of the neck support function. There is no up and down adjustment just tilt forward and backward. So depend on your body shape you may not find the right position for your neck.

Cool and comfortable

I really enjoy the air flow with this chair; it keeps my body temperature right while working. Great support too. I personally don't find the headrest particularly useful but just my preference. Really happy with the quality.

Not the most comfortable chair

I figured "ergonomic" it would be good for sitting working 8 hours but NO it is very uncomfortable!! I bought two at the same time for my office. Really wish I hadn't! They are narrow in the seat area so the arm pieces are against the body the form of the seating area is under your legs so you have to keep shifting. I use a "forever comfy" cushion doesn't help either. The only good things are it does have a nice lumbar support and it is cooler than the vinyl/faux leather chairs I had. But for comfort I'd rather have the old ones back.

Chair is not as sturdy as it was in the store

My recommendation would be to have Staples put the chair together. It's worth the extra money. I have tightened every last thing I can and the chair is still wobbly.

I searched high and low for a nice chair as I work from home and do lots of computer work. This chair is just what I needed! it supports my posture and also reminds me to help with good posture! We really believe the price and value are good too.

Good Chair for a Decent Price

This chair is comfortable for those who have a lower bottom half. The reason it is uncomfortable for heavier people is that the edge of the chair curves up and therefore digs into the side of the leg of heavier people. However everything else considered this chair is a good chair that offers good support and you could do a lot worse than this chair. All this chair is missing for ultimate comfort is a foot rest.
