It is very comfortable and compact compared to my last chair. The mesh breathes which reduces the amount I sweat while I work.

Will never go back to a cushion seat again. The mesh seat is durable sturdy and provides firm support for my legs and my back. The adjustable height arm rests are a major plus and are easy to use. The adjustable headrest however is not my favorite feature on this chair. I'm 5'10" and the only comfort I find with the headrest is when I recline somewhat - which I cannot do while at work. Overall I would recommend this chair.

Comfortable Service at store was great. Lever for tilt control doesn't always work

The staff at our staples here in Brandwine were very helpful and supportive. The chair is very sturdy and was relatively straight-forward to put together. Instructions were really easy to follow -- just took a bit of time. Sitting is comfortable and I feel great (back pain gone!) My only complaint is the lever to control the tilt doesn't always "hold" the chair in the position I want to keep it in and it goes back. Kind of a hassle because I do like sitting up straight. Otherwise really good chair for everyday use.

A great chair easy to assemble and adjust. Take about 30 minutes start to finish with the enclosed Allen wrench. Faster if you have a drill with the driver head for Allen wrenches.
