I've had the chair about a week and it's very comfortable. Being only 5'3" and slim a lot of chairs are built for much bigger people. This chair fits me well. I built it without the headrest because I think it would be at the wrong height for me. It's only attached with two bolts so easy to add or remove to suit your needs.

The most comfortable desk chair I have ever had. Very sturdy and adjustable to fit taller people. My daughter had this chair and I tried it and came home and ordered it for myself.

This chair is awesome! I have back issues and this chair supports me in just the right places. It's very comfortable and my back does not tire as quickly as with other chairs I've had. A great chair at a great price!

Poor Quality

I bought this chair and was really excited. I sat in every chair in the store and this was "the one". However after 2 weeks of use the mesh in the seat starting pulling apart and staples popping. I was so heartbroken. I work from home and spend 8 - 10 hours a day in an office chair. This chair was rated for that amount of time and 250lbs. I'm not at that weight and used the number of hours recommended. However their customer service and exchanging of the chair was a very easy process. Thus why it gets a 2 instead of a 1.
