Researched several stores and decided on this chair at Staples. So far it sits comfortably and is adjustable and tilts just the way I like it.

Relatively easy to assemble although the $15 service charge is well worth paying in retrospect. Nice chair. My only problem has been in adjusting tilt.

Satisfied with my purchase. Headrest is a little low compared to other chairs

I found the chair rally comfortable and keeps my body in the up-right position all the time. There was an initial issue where the back support was not balanced properly but then later realized that it was my fault and I incorrectly installed it. The only issue I see is that the headrest. I am 5ft 10in and believe that the headrest should have a been a bit high to support my head and not my shoulders. Overall this is a really good chair. The material used is really good and front is designed not to pinch your nerves too much.

Would have liked the arm rests that swivel in and out added to this. Also would be nice if the lumbar support adjusts lower.

This chair is very comfortable. The lumbar support is firm enough. I really like the neck support.
