this chair is very comfy reclines really well and has awesome awesome lumbar support. Headrest is adjustable and although it doesnt fit me perfectly it does an alright job. i only wish the seat part where i sit down was wider because i like to sit cross legged in my chairs sometimes and this chair is too angled and narrow to comfortably do that. awesome chair for price tho

I am sure that I will get this chair together eventually. But I would have preferred to have the item shipped to the store for assembly. That would have been a nice option that I would have been glad to pay for while at the store I most likely would have purchased something else. Staples you missed out on income from an assembly and income for an additional sale.

Chair appeared to have been repackaged. Parts were not neatly placed but had it was packed in rush and box sealed. Nevertheless no parts missing. Chair easy to assemble and finish product looks good and is very comfortable to sit in. Back and neck rest ideal for support.

I tried all the chairs at Staples where I bought this chair. This one was so comfortable. The Lumbar Support was perfectly placed for my frame. Thin woman about 5'5'' and 130 lbs. I love the mesh seat and back. I recommend this chair. But I also suggest you try them all at the store.

Easily assembled nice comfortable chair. The only thing that I wish was different was the arm rests do not swivel.

Ordered this "blind" without actually sitting in it first (which is unusual for me) but trusted Staples description and pictures. Turns out to be a great chair. Headrest is a little low for me (I'm 6'3") but everything else is great. Highly recommend for the price.

Nicely constructed and ergonomically comfortable chair at a good price ($99). A few aspects I didn't like but was able to adjust: the arm rests are not wide enough but I was able to extend them about a 1/3rd of an inch on either side while putting the chair together; also the neck rest was uncomfortable but I was able to adjust it by playing with some screws in the back.
